Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Streak Ledger app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for iOS, created by Aleksei Cherepanov (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or change the price of paid features at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you before you are charged.
Subscriptions and purchases
Streak Ledger is free to use. Streak Ledger Pro unlocks additional features and is available as:
- Monthly subscription — auto-renewing, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Annual subscription — auto-renewing, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Lifetime — a one-time purchase with Family Sharing enabled.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or through Settings → Manage Subscription inside the app. No refunds are issued for unused portions of an active subscription period; please contact Apple Support for any billing disputes.
Local data and your responsibility
The Application stores your rep logs, streak data, and preferences locally on your device. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking your device, which could compromise its security features and may result in the Application not functioning correctly.
Because the Application stores data only on your device, the Service Provider cannot recover your data if it is lost due to device reset, loss, theft, or uninstalling the Application without a backup. We recommend using iCloud Backup to protect your device.
Third-party services
The Application uses the following third-party services, each with its own Terms and Conditions:
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Firebase Remote Config
- Apple Media Services Terms — covers StoreKit purchases.
Connectivity and device responsibility
Streak Ledger functions fully offline once installed. Some ancillary features (analytics reporting, remote configuration of copy, future iCloud sync) may require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if these features do not function at full capacity due to lack of connectivity. If your device runs out of battery or is otherwise unavailable, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for missed log entries or broken streaks.
Limitation of liability
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, no liability is accepted for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying on the functionality of the Application, including but not limited to lost streak data, missed milestones, or incorrect streak calculations.
Updates and termination
The Service Provider may update the Application at any point. The Application is currently available as per the requirements of supported iOS versions. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will remain compatible with every future operating system version installed on your device. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
These terms and conditions are effective as of April 14, 2026.
